Minister for Industries & Commerce, Chander Prakash Ganga today inaugurated up-gradation and improvement works of Barjani to Badhori road in Bari Brahmana.The Minister also inaugurated the up-gradation and improvement work on the 4.5 Km double lane road.Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said the government has fulfilled the assurances made to the residents of Smailpur, Raya and Badhori for widening and upgradation of the road. He directs the officers to monitor the works on regular basis so that the quality of the road is maintained.The Minister assured the people that he would personally monitor the development works done and in case of complaint regarding any compromise with the quality, action would be taken against the concerned contractor. He said that the government is committed to provide good roads network in all the areas.He appealed the people to support the efforts of the government. He asked the people to keep vigil over the works being executed in their respective areas.
