District Development Commissioner, Ramban, Bashir Ahmed Dar convened an introductory-cum-review meeting of District and Sectoral Officers at Conference Hall Maitra, here today.ADDC, Ravinder Kumar Sadhu, ACR Tahir Firdous Dutta, CPO, Parshotam Kumar, Principals of Government Degree Colleges, CMO, CEO, DSWO, Executive Engineers and district heads of different departments attended the meeting.DDC directed all district and sectoral officers to maintain people friendly work culture in their respective departments so that people of the district can avail hassle free benefits of different welfare schemes.
He directed the officers to ensure punctuality and attendance of staff in their offices and sectoral officers were directed to frequently visit the field as well as working site for ensuring quality of work and timely completion of the projects.DDC also reviewed the district plan and status of progress on decision taken in District Development Board meeting 2015-16 chaired by Chief Minister. He took stock of ongoing developmental works, social and other sector schemes of education, health, animal husbandry, PHE, PDD, PWD, sericulture, forest and other departments.
